We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Our family orientated holiday park is the perfect base for families or couples who want to enjoy the many attractions that Weston-super-Mare has to offer. Camping pitches at Riverside are located at the back of the park overlooking the river and visitors will have full access to the parks many facilities, including our indoor heated swimming pool, bar and clubhouse, adventure play area and seasonal fishing.
